Covert Investigation on Kytreon

Sakada and his team were escorted away to the intelligence quarters, while Holloway and the Aardonyx Unit went along with Spears and the rest of the international delegation. Holloway could care less about any pictures that weren't directly brought to his attention, as he wasn't the most observant. Some of his agents noticed, however, but didn't think much of it.

Spears smirked at the end of the hall and leaned into the wall, where a small optical scanner was positioned at average height. A thin white light skimmed over her iris from top to bottom, then back once more to verify her identity. Once the light disappeared the wall as the end of the tunnel divided at the center, half receding to each side. She turned to the others briefly before she continued into the small room dimly lit room.

"Beyond this door ladies, is the holding and interrogation cell for the remaining Rebel soldier captured during the first sweep of Akrai." At the end of the room there was a one-way glass wall, behind it a bruised and tattered man sat hands restrained behind his back on a hard back chair, a desk propped in front of him with a second chair on the other side. His head was hung low, hair drenched in a mixture of sweat and blood covering his eyes. "We're going to find out exactly what happened in Akrai and where to find the other scum that massacred the settlement."

"Looks too comfy," Holloway scowled inside at the man. "How close is he to cracking?"

Reiji smirked a bit:: Won't really matter, with all of our different types of interogations I am sure he wont last long at all.

H.4.X smirked and nodded "No he won't last long at all. Why is he sitting though? Shouldn't he just be hanging by his wrists from the ceiling or something?" He said the last part half jokingly.

Sei- A modicum of comfort should be a constant while between actual interrogations. It gives a sense of loss when it is taken away and gives the subject the ability to hold onto something, which heightens the chances that the information gleaned will be truthful rather than simply telling us anything to make things stop. outright torture is actually the worst way to get information because the subject will do or admit just about anything to make it stop. So what has he divulged thus far, what do we know about him

H.4.X sighed slightly "I was kidding, I know how to interrogate someone." He muttered while waiting for an answer to Sei's question

"Besides, that would be unethical," Zeryth protested matter-of-factly, "all sense of justification aside." Even though she spoke nobly, her fists were clenched. She obviously still bore some malice towards this man, but was just too virtuous to actually wish it upon him in reality. "But I agree, the important thing here is what we know from him and about him."

Spear let a condescending laugh out as Zeryth spoke, unable to keep it hidden.

"That's right, because crucifixion comes after he talks.  No sense in killing him when their is information left to glean."  She stepped deeper into the room, picking up the datapad on the desk just before the window. She scrolled through the footage of his interrogation thus far, he barely confirmed his own name, let alone information regarding the whereabouts of the rest of his group.  

"There isn't much here.  We known his name is Kellen Byrne, colony of origin is still unknown.  He seemed to recognize some of the photos he was shown, but has not identified anyone involved, their part in the insurgency, or what the group intended to gain from attacking the small settlement."

"Kellen Byrne," Holloway repeated gruffly. "You think he has some history there? He looks more like a hire to me," he guessed.

We'll need to get more out of him then barely his name. What exactly did he recognize?

"He recognized some of the photos of the other suspects, mostly confirming our suspicions about Dirk Lawrences among some of the others who are still unknown. So, who here is trained in interrogation tactics? Perhaps a change of methods will do the trick." Spears said as she passed the datapad to Sei and the others.

Sei- Both Reiji and myself are trained in interogating suspects, though our methods are different due to our different fields. Does anyone else have training? A revolving 3-4 different people would likely shorten his resolve.

H.4.X sighed "Considering I'm from Novalyse, my interrogation techniques are probably quite similar to the ones you've already used, but I could give it a go if you need me to."

Sei nods:: it is up to Spears how we go about this. But we should do what ever we're going to do quickly
